1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seotrends ("the Service"), available at seotrends.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seotrends is a web-based platform for discovering high value and trending domains with strong SEO growth. The Service provides keyword data, domain metrics, and analytical reports to help users identify domain investment and SEO opportunities.

3. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.
• Price changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, you will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. After 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
• Upgrades and downgrades: Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service in bulk
• Attempt to access data or features beyond your subscription tier
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software) are the property of Seotrends and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Data provided through the Service (keyword data, domain metrics, reports) is licensed for your personal or internal business use only. Redistribution or resale of this data is prohibited.

8. Data Accuracy

The Service provides SEO data, metrics, and scores based on third-party sources and our own calculations. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any data is complete, current, or error-free. The Service is provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seotrends and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
